Both artists and clients must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined by Usicly Pvt. Ltd.
In case of cancellation by either party, Usicly Pvt. Ltd. will handle refunds and any applicable penalties according to the agreed terms.
Cancellations for bookings will be made on a prior notice of minimum 30 days from the event.
Additionally there must be valid reasons for the cancellations of bookings by the client.
If an artist cancels a booking during the event procession duration, there will be respective penalties or legal action for the artist.
In case of failure of an event or a bad performance by an artist, Usicly has the right to stop payment and cancel the membership of the artist
Musicians must notify Usicly Pvt. Ltd. of any inability to fulfill a booking as soon as possible.
If a musician cancels a booking, Usicly Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement artist of similar caliber and style.
If a replacement cannot be found, the client may be eligible for a full refund.
Musicians who cancel bookings without valid reason may be subject to penalties, including removal from the Usicly platform or other actions as deemed appropriate by Usicly Pvt. Ltd.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing Usicly or the artist to cancel, a full refund will be provided, or a rescheduled date may be offered.
Usicly’s Role
Usicly Pvt. Ltd. acts as a mediator between musicians and clients and facilitates bookings and communications.
We will handle refunds and cancellations according to the terms agreed upon between the client and musician at the time of booking.
Usicly Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time.
Updates will be communicated to clients and musicians through our platform or other means of communication.
