  1. For Artists:
  • If an artist’s profile is not visible on our site after registration through our site, they may be eligible to refund. 

 

  1. For Clients:

Service Cancellations: 

  • Clients may cancel services (e.g., event bookings, artist performances) with partial refunds (minus the non-refundable amount) if done 30 or more days before the event via an email. 
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event or a cancellation without an email submission.

Event Rescheduling: 

  • Clients may request to reschedule an event at least 15 days in advance. 
  • Rescheduling is subject to the artist’s availability. 
  • If the artist is unavailable on the new date, we will find a substitute. 
  • If the substitute is not up to par with clients or unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

 

  1. For Students:

Class Cancellations: 

  • Students can cancel their enrollment in a course up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund. 
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund. 
  • No refunds will be issued once the course has started.

Missed Lessons: 

  • Refunds will not be provided for missed lessons. 
  • However, students may request a makeup lesson if they notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance.

Course Withdrawal: 

  • Students who withdraw from a course after it has started will not be eligible for a refund. 
  • Special circumstances (e.g., medical reasons) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

General Policy:

   - All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Usicly’s customer service at usiclymusic@gmail.com

   - Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the approval of the request.

   - Usicly reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in special circumstances, as deemed appropriate.
