Terms and Conditions

    1. Eligibility
    • Musicians must be legally capable of entering into an agreement. 
    • Registration requires accurate and truthful information provided by the artist.
    • Musician must provide portfolio/work samples prior registration.

     

    1. Services Provided
    • Usicly Pvt. Ltd. acts as a mediator between musicians and clients for booking performances, gigs, or other musical engagements. 
    • The platform facilitates communication, scheduling, and payment processing between artists and clients.

     

    1. Indemnity
    • Musicians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Usicly Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from their performance or conduct during engagements booked through the platform. 
    • Any kind of false accusation for the company, treachery, or breach of contract would be acted against.

     

    1. Termination
    • Usicly may terminate this agreement with 15 days written notice. Usicly reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately for cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms or misconduct.

     

    1. Ammends
    • Usicly reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued engagement will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

     

    1. Privacy Policy
    • Usicly Pvt. Ltd. respects the privacy of musicians and clients. Personal information collected during registration or booking processes will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. 
    • You must comply with all applicable privacy laws and Usicly’s privacy policy when handling any personal information.

     

    1. Representation
    • By registering with Usicly Pvt. Ltd., musicians authorize the company to represent them for the purpose of securing bookings and engagements. 
    • Musicians retain the right to accept or reject any booking offer facilitated by Usicly Pvt. Ltd.  
    • Musicians are expected to carry a professional attitude for the events. Musicians agree to perform the services with the highest degree of professionalism, dedication, and skill.
    • In case of any dispute arising at the event, the company is not responsible for it.

     

    1. Responsibilities and Obligations
    • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Usicly’s policies and guidelines while performing your services. 
    • You must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information you receive during your engagement with Usicly. 
    • As a Tutor, you will provide music and/or dance instruction services to students through Usicly’s platform. This may include online and/or offline teaching sessions, workshops, group discussions, and other related activities as agreed upon.
    • You agree to perform the services with the highest degree of professionalism, dedication, and skill. Lessons should be conducted in accordance with the curriculum and standards set by Usicly.

     

    1. Payment Process
    • Usicly will compensate you for the services provided as per the rates agreed upon. Payments will be made through the method specified by Usicly.

     

    1. Data Security and Privacy
    • You agree to adhere to Usicly’s data security policies and to take reasonable measures to protect the personal data of students and/or clients.

     

    1. Dispute Resolution
    • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 
    • Arbitration: All terms stated above are under the law of India government.

     

    1. Miscellaneous 
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and Usicly regarding your engagement and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. 
    • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
